From Tigger's Recipe File:
1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed 1/4 tsp. curshed red pepper flakes 2 turkey breasts tenderloins ( 12 oz each ) 1 tsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. water 1/8 tsp. browning sauce ( optional )
Combine the first four ingredients in a small bowl,place tenderloins ina 11x7x2 in baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Brush with half the sauce. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 mins. or until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees, basting occasionally with remaining sauce. Remove turkey to a plate and keep warm. Or freeze immediately. You can also make a sauce with the dripping in the dish. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth, Stir into dripping , bring to a boil and stir until thicken. Stir in browning sauce if deserved and serve over turkey.
