This Thanksgiving

I hope all of you are in good spirits and good health. I miss all of you so much.

What are you doing for the holidays?

We are celebrating Thanksgiving today. Lasagna rolls, overnight salad, corn, fruit, texas toast, and key lime pie. I figure the kids will have their share of turkey and dressing at their other homes Thursday. Thanksgivng is my all time favorite holiday. God is such an awesome God!

Same to you Kitty..........Yes, I'd like to know what Overnight Salad is also....Sounds good!!!!! I always like anything I can prepare a day in advance.

We're had a quiet Thanksgiving this year....Just Sonnie and I. All the kids & Grands off to other places. I missed them, but it was a nice day.

Overnight salad is sometimes called seven-layer salad. iceburg lettuce, spring onions, mayonnaise, peas, parmesan cheese, boiled eggs, water chestnuts, celery and seasonings........ It can be made a day or two ahead.
