I share secrets with FIT everyday! I have given the name of my mental "illness" to only one friend, the one who cares so little about secrets that it won't occur to her to share it with anyone, but she also cares just enough about details to understand. I'm not ashamed, nor even embarrassed. I just know there is a stigma attached that too many people are not ready to understand.
The last time I shared someone else's secret....a niece living a few states away was expecting her first child. I told only my daughter. and sure enough, at Christmas, my sister-in-law had big news! A brand new grandson, a surprise!

I cry so often that it ain't even funny. Hubby and I are in therapy, so I teared up there today. before that, I cried about something on him a couple of days ago.

February 5th 2002...Arlington Texas...It was my birthday and I awoke to a blanket of snow outside with snow still falling...the reason I remember the day was because it was the first and last time I've watched snow fall..I'VE ONLY SEEN SNOW ONCE...it doesn't snow here in Coastal Georgia! WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU LAUGHED AT YOURSELF?

A couple of years ago I was visiting a friend in Kentucky...we were up really early one morning in late October and saw three wild turkeys in the yard...I was so excited to see them, my friend on the other hand didn't think it was such a big deal as she was used to them! When was the last time you read an entire book in one night?

I don't know if I ever have. but the last time I read a book in a twenty-four hour period was probably in November. Maybe Gap Creek. I signed up to be part of a discussion group for six short novels called the Literary South.

I think it was about 3 years ago, my friend's husband had a surprise birthday party for her at a local restaurant. She had no clue and it was great!

Oh my, I can't remember the last time I used a jump rope... probably years ago on one of my "I'm going to get fit" moments... (now I stick to walking... lol... but I have the best memories of playing jump rope as a kid where two people twirl and the others take turns running in, jumping, and running out of the moving rope.... I loved that!)

I tried it when I visited upstate New York. I never was good at skiing so I never enjoyed it. I could do okay but on this particular evening...I got up the tow rope and let go only to slide backwards downhill! coulda won a funny video award!

Coyote, that must have been a funny site! I'm glad you didn't get hurt.
The last time I made a snowman would have to be the winter of 1994-95... we moved to FL the next summer, and my kids and I made several snowmen that winter out in the front yard. (We lived in MD then.)

notice my response to ice skating is the same as my response to skiing. I don't think I've ever had ice skates on my feet.

I have never gone joy riding on a 4-wheeler in the snow... but had one terrifying snowmobile ride down a ski slope once.... does that count?

It must have been in November. Dry ground is fun, as long as you as in the front. The dust is no fun if you are on the 4wheeler in the back!

Last June --- I let Gunnar out back and saw something at the side of the yard so went over to investigate. It was an orange and yellowish corn snake curled up around and eating a rat! (Yuck!) But I figure that any snake that eats a rat in my yard is a friend of mine. I even took pictures - felt like I was in National Geographic.... I'm not normally a snake fan, but this snake was cool. lol

at Christmastime I saw several in a sanctuary. I saw them in the wild when I visited Maine in July 2007.

Last June, on Father's Day. (It's our annual Father's Day present to my hubby to go ocean fishing with him on our boat. We caught a few dolphin that day (mahi)).
