6 oz. semisweet chocolate
2 cups powdered sugar
2 sticks margarine or butter, sotftened
3 Tbs. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Melt, then cool chocolate. In large bowl, with mixer on low, beat
powdered sugar, margarine, milk, vanilla and coole chocolate just
until mixed. Increase speed to high, beat 2 minutes or until light
and fluffy, scraping bowl often with rubber spatula.
