1 Turkey Size oven bag 1 Tbs. flour 2 medium onions, cut in eighths 4 stalks celery, sliced 2 bone-in turkey breasts (4-8 lbs. each) Oil Seasoned salt pepper
Heat oven to 350. Shake flour in oven bag; place in roasting pan. Add vegetables to bag. Rinse turkey; pat dry. Brush with oil; sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Place turkey breasts in bag on top of vegetables. Close bag with tie, cut 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top. Insert meat thermometer through slit in bag into thickest part of breast, not touching bone. Bake until thermometer reads 170F, 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Let stand in bag 10 minutes before serving.
