2 cloves garlic, minced 1 roasted red pepper, diced 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 10 pitted kalamata olives In a food processor, combine the garlic, red pepper, onion soup mix, feta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and olives. Process until smooth and well blended. Transfer to a bowl, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to blend flavors before serving.
