Bar-B-Que Beef (Crock Pot)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients
This is Betty's Recipe from our Off Topic Board.....I tried it and it is REALLY good and SOOO Easy...Wanted to make sure we have it stored someplace....
Crock Pot Bar-B-Que Beef for sandwiches
1 (3 lb) boneless chuck roast 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 12 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. salt or to taste 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (18 oz. bottle) bbq sauce
Procedure
Put roast into crockpot and season it with spices. Pour bottle of bbq sauce all over roast. Cover and Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Remove roast from crockpot and shred meat with a fork then return it to slow cooker. Cook 1 more hour.
Make barbeque beef sandwiches on crusty rolls.
Betty This one is easy and a lean pork roast works just as well for a shredded pork sandwich, or just to eat without the bread if you wish. Don't forget the green salad and iced tea.
