Dear Bosom Buddies & Friends, Ten years ago today, my WONDERFUL ONC came in my examining room and said, "Gaynelle you are FINISHED with your treatments!! CONGRATULATIONS !!" So today I am CELEBRATING my TEN YEAR CANCER-FREE ANNIVERSARY!! YEEHAA!! I finished my Femara on August 26th. I am still POWER-WALKING 4 miles daily and also going over to the gym for a daily workout too. Last July I bought a 21 speed TREK bike and I have got 135 miles on it now. So I am remaining an E-BUNNY and keep GOING, and GOING, and GOING!! ;D For you newbies to this site I was diagnosed with EARLY STAGE INV. DUCTAL CARCINOMA in April 1999 and was given 4 treatments of A/C and 4 treatments of Taxotere. I had 13 lymph nodes removed and 2 were positive. I am keeping everyone here in my THOUGHTS & PRAYERS 24/7!! GOD BLESS US ALL! KEEP THRIVIN' & SURVIVIN'! E-bunny ((Hugs)),

Hi Girls!! Hey SWEET Kitty! Thanks for the SWEET CONGRATS girlfriend! I hope I can come in here more often to post. Coyote that would be SO COOL to ride with you. I do like to ride FAST. I have reached 20 mph on the downhill. I try to go 10 mph UPHILL. I DO WEAR a HELMET. I lost control of my bike riding on a narrow sidewalk around TARGET and DITCHED it off the side. Kept my head up when going down. LAUGHED & JUMPED UP, checked myself and hopped back on my bike. I fell IN the GRASS so my neighbor laughed when I told her after coming home and she said, 'Gaynelle that DOESN'T COUNT 'cuz you landed in the GRASS!" LOL! Also my sister lives in Clyde, North Carolina, a suburb of Asheville. I live in ILLINOIS. KEEP THRIVIN' & SURVIVIN'! E-bunny ((hugs)),

Gaynelle, my dear friend,
Sometimes my husband takes me with his travels through Illinois... If ever I get a chance, I hope to meet you. I lived in West Frankfort for 3 years when I was a young child. That was before I became a southern belle. You are such an inspiration to me! I love your bunny-attitude!
